The Global Protest Shaking the World

A couple of weeks ago, I posted about Coercive Conversion and the Unnecessary Death of a Young Woman. Since that time people all across the globe have been promoting the shutting down of the Coercive Conversion via protest in a combination of a Memorial for Ms. Ji-In Gu - the precious young woman who tragically had her life taken from her.

It is not an exaggeration to say that she lost her life due to this Coercive Education Program. This is an extreme act of violation to Human Rights and we must not allow things like this to happen in today's day and age, but rather allow people to have their freedom of religion.

Is it not strange that a family would not allow their child to attend a church of their own choice? Why should an individual have this right taken away from them?

Voices around the world have banded together and the Human Rights Association for Victims of Coercive Conversion Programs have been making this known - urging these programs to come to a cease.

In the images above, the voices have been sounding from Berlin, Germany: check out the following video for the full event.

Holland also proclaimed the same message.

Respecteer!
de vrijheid van religie!

Respect!
Freedom of Religion!

The photos testify the evidence that across Europe people are fighting for these basic human rights.

This is a heartbreaking event and her death should not be for nothing.

In commemoration of her life of faith, a high school in Paliparan, Philippines also held an event to fight against the Conversion Programs.

Again, please see the video below for a full account of the events:

Fighting Against Coercive Conversion Program

The question I ask is what is the meaning for all of this? Please take your stand against this breach of Human Rights - everyone should be entitled to have freedom of religion. If Ms. Ji-In Gu's death is for nothing then we have failed as humanity - what is more important than a life??

Please see more information here to make a change - be sure to share this with others so that we can solve these issues and create a change:
